In youth football the most awkward question of the day comes after the final whistle: who was on the pitch, and for how long? SquadClock counts every player's minutes automatically as soon as the match clock is running.
The substitution dialog shows the minutes played next to each name, so you can see at a glance who is up next instead of keeping tally marks on paper. After the match the playing times are part of the match log and easy to show to players and parents.

A substitution takes two taps in SquadClock: player off, player on. The app stops the clock for the player leaving and starts it for the one coming on — across every period of the match.
Before kick-off you set the starting line-up and the keeper; during the match you keep pitch and bench in one list. Because everything happens on a single screen, your eyes stay on the game rather than on the phone.

Every event is logged with its match minute: goals with scorer and assist, yellow and red cards, time penalties, substitutions and the start and end of each period.
That gives you a complete match report without writing one — useful for the debrief, for the club report, or simply to settle an argument about the score.

For training matches and tournaments SquadClock divides your squad into teams of equal strength. It uses the strength rating you give each player; goalkeepers are pinned one per team and inactive players are left out.
Accept the result or reshuffle it. No more sides that are obviously stronger — and nobody has to be picked last.

For a tournament day you create a tournament, split your squad into tournament teams and record the individual matches as usual. Results, scorers and playing times feed into the same history as regular matches.
Tournaments are part of the free base version.

SquadClock is a Progressive Web App: you open it in the browser and can install it like a normal app via “Add to Home Screen” — on iPhone and iPad just as on Android phones and tablets. No app store download required.
After the first load the app works fully offline, so the clock keeps running on pitches with no signal and substitutions and goals are recorded as usual. The screen stays awake during a match so the clock remains visible.

SquadClock has no user accounts and no cloud. Teams, players, matches and logs live only in your browser's local storage. There are no ads, no tracking and no analysis of how you use the app.
An internet connection is needed only to load or update the app itself — and, with Premium, to buy and verify the license. The privacy policy explains the details.

The base version is completely free — all your data stays local on your device. Premium features are unlocked optionally with a time-limited license, right from the app via Lemon Squeezy.
